Are all items in stock?
You can order with confidence that most of the items listed are in stock. Occasionally items might not be in stock due to unexpected demand or discontinuations. If an item that you ordered is not available we will contact you to discuss options whether choosing an alternative item or removing the item from your order.
What happens if an item is backordered?
If an item in your order is backordered, we will notify you right away and provide an estimated ship date. You may choose to cancel a backordered item from your order at any time prior to shipment and we will promptly issue a refund for that item.
Are the pictures, prices and description information on your site accurate?
We make every effort to maintain an error-free website and we strive to provide the most accurate technical information and up-to-date photos and information at all times. Some product illustrations are for display purposes only, may not be exact, and not all depicted items are necessarily included in the purchase price. Additionally, technical specifications may change without notice. Navafy is not responsible for typographical or image errors. All product prices and descriptions may be revised at any time without prior notice. In the event there is a pricing misprint, we reserve the right to correct or change pricing to reflect the actual status. In the unfortunate event of an error, we reserve the right to edit products and pricing. Can I cancel my order?
Eligible orders may be able to be canceled for a short time after order placement. To see if cancellation is an option, please email our customer service team via our Contact Us page and select "Cancel an Order" as the subject. Unfortunately, if an order has entered the production, manufacturing, or shipping process, it cannot be canceled or modified.

When do you ship?
We ship every business day (Monday - Friday) with the exception of certain holidays. Products that are in stock typically ship within 24 hours, while shipping estimates for made-to-order and custom products will vary.
How do you ship?

What should I do if I receive my order and something is missing or damaged?
If you receive your order and discover that items are either missing, damaged, or defective please let us know immediately. Shipping discrepancies and shortages must be reported within 5 business days of receiving the shipment. *The process for accepting Freight (LTL) Deliveries and handling damages and shortages is more involved. We are pleased to offer Free Shipping within the Continental US for orders over 99 USD! Our Free Shipping Promotion applies to the Contiguous 48 United States (Alaska & Hawaii are excluded). Certain products, like Electronics, Lubricants, Dock boxes, Dock Floats, Engines, Shrink-wrap, Machinery, and Oversized items that must ship via LTL Freight Carrier, are excluded from Free Shipping Promotions.
