This SPEEDOMETER (F32816) gauge uses GPS (Global Positioning System) technology to measure your boat's speed. The built-in antenna receives the speed and heading data, so there is no need for an external antenna. This product corresponds to a speedometer readout on the dashboard. Regardless of the rate, the speed readout is precise to ±1 MPH, and the direction is accurate to ±1°.
