This 3" END BELL (34-86290) is a high-quality polyvinyl roller manufactured by Tie Down Engineering designed for boat trailer winch posts. A long-lasting, shock-absorbing, cut-resistant, and fade-resistant, leaving no trace on the boat or dry rot in the sun as most rubber does. It is for a single Boat Roller End Cap/Bell in case you need to replace one; however, if you are making your own Boat Trailer Bow Roller Kit, you will need two of these bells, one for each end. A 1/2 inch bolt is required to fit through the center bore of the bell.
