The Ignition Pack CDI Electronics (117-6H5-02) is in charge of igniting the spark plugs in each engine cylinder. When the ignition key is on, a low voltage current flows from the battery to the ignition coil's primary windings, past the breaker points, and back to the battery. The advancement that surrounds the coil is caused by the progression of a magnetic field.
